Does the Money Back Guarantee include Postage costs?

The Money Back Guarantee does not include any postage costs, including the cost of original shipping and cost of return.

 

What products are included in the Money Back Guarantee?

At this stage, our Deep Sleep Drops & Calm Drops are included. 

  

What is the process?

If after 14 days of continual usage, you have not felt an improvement in your sleep, please get in touch with our team via info@thegoodnightco.com or our Contact Form to receive our Claim Form. The product must be returned between 15 and 30 days of the purchase date. Once you receive the form, please return it with the remainder of your product and proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase for a refund of the purchase price. Please note, the refund amount will not exceed the Recommended Retail Price of the product at the time of purchase. Refund does not include costs of postage and handling. Once received in our office, we will process the claim and, if approved, the refund will be made electronically onto the card or into the PayPal account from which original payment was made, in Australian Dollars.

  
How long does it take to get my money back?

Should a claim meet all of the terms, we recommend a maximum turnaround of 30 days from date of submission of claim. In the case of claims that require further supporting documentation, processing times may increase.

 

How do I send the remainder of your product?

You are welcome to compress any boxed product to assist in posting. Please adhere to postage requirements for liquid product and take necessary steps to avoid leakage. We are happy to receive the remainder of the product in a box, padded bag or otherwise, so long as it meets the regulations of the postal service.

 

What if my product is outside the 30 days and is not eligible?

If your claim does not meet the terms and is not able to be processed, you will be notified by email. 

 

Lost mail items.

Whilst very rare, it is not impossible that things get lost in the post from time-to-time. As such, we recommend tracking your return with the postal service of choice. Please note, we can only refund items we receive back.
