Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Full time)

Working with the Business Development & Sales Manager and the E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager, this role is perfect for a passionate, creative and collaborative Sales & Marketing Coordinator to become an integral part of the team and contribute to the sales and marketing strategy across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acquiring new retailers
  • Researching, data basing and inquiring new leads
  • Identify new opportunities for business development and develop new accounts in line with brand positioning strategies
  • Use analytical skills to track sales performance against sales targets
  • Assist in preparing and presenting to buyers
  • Assist in day-to-day wholesale operations
  • Wholesale client sales relations
  • Admin and purchase order data entry including invoicing
  • Assist with range reviews and NPD
  • Assist with trade marketing working alongside the marketing team 
  • Coordinate the online promotional calendar and implementing site upgrades with support and collaboration from our teams 
  • Website maintenance including online visual merchandising of key category pages, product uploads, building landing pages, content and creative and working with apps and tools 
  • Copywriting for blog posts, landing pages, podcasts and social media
  • Plan, coordinate, schedule and report on social media posts on a variety of platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Tik Tok
  • Compiling user-generated content and influencer content and creating original content for use on social media platforms
  • Coordinate influencer outreach and assist in managing relationships with key brand partners
  • Research potential Podcast partners, speakers and topics and build scripts for The Goodnight Show Podcast
  • EDM creation, segmentation and reporting using Klaviyo platform 


  • Must be passionate about health and wellness
  • You will have experience in sales and coordinating online DTC websites, within a beauty or wellness environment is highly desirable
  • You will have strong communication and sales skills and a creative eye
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
  • 2+ years experience, with in Health and Wellness being particularly well regarded
  • Excellent multitasking skills with good time-management
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, Quickbooks, Klaviyo and Hubspot
  • Critical thinker and problem solving skills with attention to detail 
  • Team player
