Role: Digital Marketing Specialist (Part time)

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing targeted initiatives across relevant channels and marketplaces with a focus on driving exceptional results for the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategise, implement, monitor and optimise campaign performance across all PPC channels including Facebook Advertising, Google Advertising and Pinterest Advertising 
  • Collaborate with other internal members to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives that reflect business goals 
  • Analyse and report on the performance of campaigns, showing a strong understanding of data and analytics 
  • Create daily, weekly and monthly reporting and reporting back to the E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager
  • Website maintenance including online visual merchandising of key category pages, product uploads, building landing pages, content and creative and working with apps and tools 
  • Regular technical SEO checks and optimisations to the website
  • Copywriting for blog posts, landing pages and social media advertising 
  • Backlink outreach and content creation for guest posting opportunities 
  • Onsite optimisation of key landing pages on the .com and websites including website audits to identify technical issues and page speed enhancements 
  • Performing keyword research and competitive analysis 
  • Monitor technical health of multiple websites through tools and data from Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush and Chrome DevTools
  • Support the E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to implement UX best practices 
  • Stay up to date on current technology and marketing solutions

What you will need for success:

  • Must be passionate about health and wellness
  • You will have strong digital experience in coordinating online DTC websites within a beauty or wellness environment is highly desirable
  • You will have strong analytical skills 
  • Strong understanding of industry tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Page Speed Insights, Lighthouse etc.
  • Deep understanding of on-page and off-page SEO ranking factors 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing 
  • 2+ years experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads
  • Excellent multitasking skills with good time-management
  • Team player

Role: Business Support Assistant


An exciting opportunity is available for a passionate individual to join The Goodnight Co’s growing team. This is the perfect entry level position for someone who aspires to start their career in the highly in-demand e-Commerce industry.

About the role

We are looking for a diligent and motivated all-rounder who thrives in a fast paced environment. You must be passionate about e-commerce, wellness, and have excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate will provide e-commerce operational and project support to the business. This role involves assisting with the development and implementation of business unit-led initiatives, analysing information, drafting correspondence and reports, and liaising with key stakeholders across the business.

It is a full time position, based in New Farm.

In this hands-on role, your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Support our sales team across all channels of the business
  • Working with the warehouse and fulfilment team to ensure effective operations and order fulfilment 
  • Support the customer service team with task assignment and performance feedback
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of analytics, systems and data management capabilities across our e-commerce platforms
  • Ensure procedures and standards for the business are always at operational efficiency
  • Managing communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the development and implementation of e-commerce led projects and initiatives

Skills and experience:

  • Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
  • Good time management to self-manage and prioritise assigned tasks
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or operations is preferred
  • Passionate about health and wellness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
