WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS

All Australian orders of over $75 will receive free Standard Shipping (3-7 business days). Orders $75 and under will incur a $9.50 Standard Shipping fee. Customers can also choose to upgrade to Express Shipping for $12.50. 

   

WHO IS MY ORDER SHIPPED WITH?
We ship all of our Australian orders with Australia Post and Australia Post Express Post. With Australia Post, you will receive an email updating you where your parcel is at every stage of its journey to you. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed, scanned by the delivery driver, when it is on board for delivery, and when a delivery attempt has been made.

  

IS MY ORDER TRACKED?
Yes, all deliveries are tracked. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipping so you can follow the link to track your order.

  

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Our office is based in Fortitude Valley, Queensland and delivery times will vary depending on your location. You can calculate your expected delivery times with Australia Post here. Please enter the origin postcode as 4006 - Fortitude Valley, QLD.  

Express shipping: Metro areas can expect to receive their order within 1 - 3 business days. Occasionally in more remote areas, delivery could take up to 4 business days. 

Standard shipping: Most standard shipments are delivered within 4 business days, however, depending on where you live, your order should reach you within 2 – 7 business days.

On business days, orders placed by 7am AEST will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please note during sales or promotions period, there could be a delay in dispatch of up to 2 business days.

WHY IS MY ORDER NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING?
Our Pure Essential Oil Blends cannot be shipped via Express. These items will not display Express Shipping options at checkout. Please remove these items from your cart before choosing Express Shipping.

Orders placed before 7am can be Express Posted same day. Otherwise, orders will be shipped next business day. Please allow 1-3 days for Express Shipping. Please take into consideration your location and check with Australia Post in regard to Express Post delivery timeframes. DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
No, our orders do not require a signature on delivery, and in the case where you are not home, the courier will always look for a safe place to leave the parcel. If there is no safe place to leave the parcel, a notification card will be left at the delivery address advising that the parcel can be collected from a nearby Post Office. 

 

I PURCHASED MULTIPLE ITEMS WILL THEY BE SHIPPED TOGETHER?
Yes, if all the items you ordered are in stock, they will ship together as one parcel.

Yes, we do!

 

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS AND REFUNDS?
You can return or refund products for a number of different circumstances including if a product does not comply with a statutory guarantee contained in the Australian Consumer Law. 

If you change your mind about your purchase, we will accept returns and refunds within 14 days of purchase for unopened, unused products, in their original condition and packaging, and in re-saleable condition.

As some of our products are ingestible, we are unable to accept returns of opened products (unless the product does not comply with a statutory guarantee contained in the Australian Consumer Law). Please email your request to return your product to info@thegoodnightco.com and we will send an address for you to send your unopened product(s) to us. We must receive returned product(s) within 30 days of your order together with a copy of your sales invoice / order confirmation. Please note that shipping a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost. Products marked FINAL SALE at the time of sale will not be eligible for a refund unless defective. This policy does not affect your statutory rights (including but not limited to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of The Goodnight Co..

Please note, we can only process refunds, returns & replacement of product purchased from our online store (or our pop ups) whereby proof of purchase can be obtained on our system. We are not responsible for refunds, returns & replacement from any stockists. Please contact the original place of purchase for any enquiries. Please note, you may need to provide proof of purchase. 

 

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
We are just as disappointed as you are if you've received a damaged or faulty product! The Goodnight Co. will replace any products that arrive damaged or are faulty. Please email us a photograph or video at info@thegoodnightco.com to begin the replacement process. Please note, we must receive the damaged product(s) within 30 days of your order together with a copy of your sales invoice / order confirmation to process a replacement. Our Woodgrain Diffusers and Ceramic Diffusers come with a one year warranty. On the rare occasion we need to issue a replacement for a faulty diffuser, the faulty diffuser must be returned to our warehouse to process a replacement. To begin this process, please email us a photograph or video at info@thegoodnightco.com.
