For us, our commitment to our team and our customer’s safety is our number one priority, and we are taking every necessary precaution to ensure we are being proactive and can continue to provide you with our sleep solutions and support.

Rest assured, we're following the necessary precautions and our approach is to be proactive, preventative and on the front foot. 


Hygiene and Safety:

We are taking every precaution to protect our team who are supporting our customers and supplying all their favourite products. Fortunately, most of our team members are now working from home and are practising social distancing by keeping all of the transactions electronic to reduce non-essential human contact.

Our team members who pack our orders are practicing social distancing and are taking every precaution possible to ensure their safety.


Online Store and Shipping:

Our online store is still completely operational and we continue to ship our orders every business day, maintaining our speedy shipping standards for every order with Australia Post.


Customer Service:

Our customer service team are working remotely to take care of all of our customer enquiries, emails, phone calls, and order management to the very best of their ability as per usual. 


Our Range:

As always, our team are making sure our products stay topped up so we can continue to support your sleep. So, whether you need some more Deep Sleep Drops, Pure Essential Oils or other sleep solutions, we'll be doing our very best to make sure our loyal customers have everything that they need.
