How To Use

Can I give the drops to my children?

Our Drops are fabulous natural options to support your sleep, however they are primarily designed for adult consumption and we recommend trying other avenues for children before trialling the Drops. However, if you would like to explore using the Drops with your children, go for reduced doses depending on the age of the child and we always recommend discussing further with your health practitioner at any time you feel unsure. To reduce the dosage to suit your family’s needs, consider 1/2 dose for children aged 5 - 12 years old. I don’t know which drops to take

In short, you can take both! Our best selling Drops are liquid herbal extracts known as tinctures which are consumed orally to help calm a worried mind and relieve anxious thoughts. We offer our Deep Sleep Drops for people that struggle to fall and stay asleep, and Calm Drops to alleviate anxiety and restlessness. You may like to use the Calm Drops during the day and the Deep Sleep Drops in the evenings.
