    How To Use

    Place 6-8 drops (about a full dropper) under your tongue. Hold the liquid under your tongue for 10 to 15 seconds before swallowing - this helps the sublingual glands absorb the remedy. For best results, do not eat, drink or brush your teeth for 30 minutes before or after consuming the Drops as the remedy's effect may be reduced.     Can I give the drops to my children?

    Our Drops are fabulous natural options to support your sleep, however they are primarily designed for adult consumption and we recommend trying other avenues for children before trialling the Drops. However, if you would like to explore using the Drops with your children, go for reduced doses depending on the age of the child and we always recommend discussing further with your health practitioner at any time you feel unsure. To reduce the dosage to suit your family’s needs, consider 1/2 dose for children aged 5 - 12 years old.     I don’t know which drops to take

    In short, you can take both! Our best selling Drops are liquid herbal extracts known as tinctures which are consumed orally to help calm a worried mind and relieve anxious thoughts. We offer our Deep Sleep Drops for people that struggle to fall and stay asleep, and Calm Drops to alleviate anxiety and restlessness. You may like to use the Calm Drops during the day and the Deep Sleep Drops in the evenings. However, if you find worrying thoughts are what keeps you awake, you may like to try the Calm Drops in the evening. Make sure to wait at least 30 minutes after brushing your teeth to use this gentle remedy as mint can reduce the effectiveness. 

    Can I take the drops whilst pregnant/breastfeeding?

    Our Drops are homeopathic tinctures made in Australia with all natural ingredients. However, there haven't been any studies which specifically show them to be safe while pregnant or breastfeeding. We recommend you consult with your healthcare professional before use if pregnant, breastfeeding or have a pre-exisiting medical condition.

    Our Drops are all natural and do not contain any artificial flavours. They have a slightly sharp taste, however with just 8 drops under the tongue, it is very palatable and easily consumed. If you don't like the taste, you can add the drops to a glass of water and drink the mixture instead.
