I have felt completely overwhelmed, scattered, moody and even anxious all because I simply was not getting enough sleep and most of the time that sleep I was getting was not good quality sleep.I'll never forget the months that followed when I finally decided things had to change...I had to start to prioritise my health and wellness, starting with getting back on track with my sleep.

How did I do it?
First, I had to work on understanding WHY sleep was important and how it was going to help me look and feel my best. Working on my sleep routine, the fundamental to getting good sleep.

This included how I prioritised my sleep, how I responded to not getting enough sleep, how my lack of sleep affected other people, how my lack of sleep was hindering my ability to make good decisions, my sleep fears....To teach this, and teach this well, I had to really understand all of the aspects of sleep and how it integrates with the other 2 pillars of health - diet and excercise.

Not only did I change the role sleep played in my life and create new supportive beliefs around sleep, I began to understand the role of sleep.

Why do we need sleep? Start to understand what happens when you sleep. When you can start to understand some of the basic science it helps to put together all of the pieces of the puzzle. I will highlight some of the side effects and benefits that start to happen with good sleep.

Week two:
Sleep + slow down - your lifestyleI will walk you through the different aspects of some of the basic yet critical daily habits that might be impacting your sleep. You might be surpirsed at some of the small daily tweaks that you can make and the huge improvements that you will gain.

Week three:
Sleep tools - practical tools / create routineSometimes it can be overwhelming with where we need to start.... there are alot of different products and information available. I will help to simplify the tools and how to set up your ultimate routine for success.

Week Four:
Your sleep space - your bedroom, what is the formula for the perfect environment? We spend 1/3 of our lives in our bed (well we are meant to..), so your sleep space and equipment needs to allow for a great night sleep. This is the fun part!
